brdsng, when you have a CPA firm that stinks at their j0b and cant get it done year after year, and can not give you any finacial guaidance, you fire them. Its simple as that. I think the company is trying to get its act together. Give them a fricken chance, stop beating them up as if they are a tar baby. If they are Pizzing you off that much, do what you have to do but dont keep hurting yourself.
