At this point, probably it makes better sense for IDCC to make a tender offer for maybe a few million shares at a price (around 32 or 33) that can be considered as good (this would a little bit more than the traditional buyback, but, it would send one heck of a message and supports the price better).
I am just tired of getting beaten up on low volume....which is clear manipulation.
