I would venture that there are 500 posts in the past 8 weeks saying that the FDA process guideline is THIRTY DAYS. Until the past week or so, every prediction has been based on some variation of that timeline. Lately some have suggested it is 90 days... now SIXTY days... and, as the deadlines pass, these futile and erroneous predictions are continually adjusted and presented again with an inexplicable confidence.

All the while, and contrary to common sense, the share price continues to plummet daily - having lost nearly 50% of its value. This too is explained away and/or rationalized in a number of ways.

Meantime, the bored and frustrated investors (who remain) have divided into three categories: those who believe blindly and make excuses, those who look for problems, and those (like me) who just worry. Bottom line here is that no one knows when or if approval will come... every single guess so far has proven to be wrong... and the stress shows on this board.

Someone tell us for what legitimate reason would the great Dean Janes allow his share price and his support to continue to crumble when all questions could be answered by his merely issuing a simple statement like this?

"I understand the impatience and concern of our investors as this process progresses. Although I feel that I need to limit what I say in order to avoid further delaying the FDA process, I know of no outstanding issues or FDA requirements that have not been addressed/satisfied. The DVIS is functioning as proposed. Our finances are sound for the rest of 2010. The FDA review is proceeding but the timing of their decision is out of my hands. We are as anxious for word of approval as anyone, and we will make the announcement as soon as the decision is made."
