I would like to also express my gratitude for such a knowledgeable post. I would also like to add one more bit of "food for thought". I will preface it by stating that the only thing I know about the FDA process is what some like IMGGORBUST have posted here. The FDA confirmed receipt of the resubmission on Friday, 4/9/10. Not counting that day, but beginning on Monday, 4/12/10, today is only the 28th trading day since submission. I do not know if the FDA counts calendar days or only working days in their guidelines. Perhaps someone else with more knowledge can expound upon this...
