Something is missing.

The PR implies that AS was pd cash.....but then it refers to common stock lockup for a year. That HAS to refer to newly acquired shares.

Was he paid in shares?
If so, at what price?
Was he paid in cash AND in shares???

Something.....is not being clearly spelled out.

Just wondering.
