I was a manager at my last company but only an idiot would have taken something I said about their capex schedule and attributed it to executive management. It would take an even bigger idiot to do so if they got it from someone else who allegedly talked to me. Yes they should have provided us an update on what is going on with the mill since they did say one would be done right about now. You got that much right. That doesn't make your thinking above any less pathetic.

Try to separate out the arguments please

I am not arguing management is perfect

I am saying

1. The criticism you describe is based on severely flawed and tortured thinking

2. There is another legitimate criticism that is not in the same species as what you are talking about but at least its in the same genus.

btw I did email the company and pointed out the precise problem you described on not updating us on the new mill. I did leave out the part about how they lied because the easter bunny has a wooden leg and only chews skoal tobacco. I thought that might make me look foolish.
