I would agree
Don’t try to fight a down market. I will wait to jump in more on the leg up. I have a ton a cash and will be ready to roll when the market improves. Historically we will see an increase in the amount of Insider transactions as we hit the bottom as happened in March of 2009.

Patience is the key
