Hey there, in my experience, nothing is safe when the market is in a big downward trend. Right now, I am still buying some, but with less investment and a very quick trigger. It could be a good idea to have a lot of cash, because when we upturn, there will be some really huge runs with the insiders. Our softwill will "historically" start getting really hot when the insiders feel the market has bottomed. Time and patience!
