A "mistake"??? If true, that ranks right up there with NSAI/SNP and their Block 2 projections...lol

I'm not questioning 'nh' but the report on his link. Did anyone review it? Seems too large, comprehensive and official looking to be a "mistake". Unless of course I read it wrong...which would be my mistake.

Would someone open the link and share with me their thoughts as to what this document is and what the information contained therin bespeaks?
