I assume it is just a mistake.

I know EO got great pricing on his shares as I posted something fairly recently where I said I hope nobody was looking to him as the source to raise capital for the AIM acquisitions as his interest rate is so high (based on what he got when he bailed out ERHC) that we should certainly be able to get a better deal elsewhere. Please note I am not begruding him what he got for his bailout (wasn't it $8 MM he coughed up and got about 400MM shares? - not positive on these numbers but I think they are somewhere in the ballpark) as there would be no ERHC today without it.

I could be off on my numbers above but it is what I recall and I know I am not trying to mislead anybody - I am sure nh just made the same type of mistake.
