If you want an update on the Court Case that got him here go to Scion Florida site.
Stevie Carnes the main player, has agreed to a settlement with the Court in the Case.
Big money pay back to the SEC and Barred from any PennyStock offerings for only 3 Years.

Other Defendents will still go to Trial 02/2011.
