To uzualsuzpect: Thank you for the Bop post, however ...

As much as I wholeheartedly agree with everything set forth in it (and just about everything Bop ever says), I am nonetheless convinced that tomorrow the judge will rule that Weil's DS in fact satisfies the minimal requirements necessary for subsequent solicitation of the crummy POR. And I am equally convinced that such a decision will present the last GREAT opportunity to purchase WAMU shares at a truly bargain-basement price. Such a decision will more clearly set the stage for the EC's POR and what I expect to be an absolutely sterling financial evaluation, which will be unveiled later this month. Shortly after it hits the docket, any further accumulation of WAMU shares will come at too painful a cost to be practical (at least to me).

So, I've been salting away a few dollars, and closing several positions that I've been in for a number of months in order to raise additional powder ... because tomorrow IT GETS REAL INTERESTING, right down to the wire.
