Had a battery technology with good potential but ran into a series of bad management whos only wish was to rape the company with dilution. And then there's the stolen technology(?). The battery is still there, but the potential??? GL with whatever your friend decides. Is he/she looking at this as just a shell? There are still some golden dilutive parachutes hanging on here. I dont know if anyone would touch this.
