While it may move up to .06 or .07 range, it's kind of in the middle of it's channel range and displays some mixed signals, so I'd be more inclined to wait for its next pull back closer to the bottom of the channel.
Usually we'll look hard at it, or at least start watching it closely, around .03 to .035, then wait for the volume and jump in.
