maybe but a settlement may happen quicker if it gets to that point. I remember reading on the hub that we ALL got excited when we thought an Examiner was on the way but we ask the question if she does allow, how fast would this settle and the other question was if Examinor started, could they stop in mid stream? The Good Judge wants to go on vacation soon and also wants this over so will see. Atleast that what I remember.
