First issue a press release with assuming FDIC support, thought the FDIC has stated varoius times in court that some disputed issues lead to a denial of settlement.

Now, scoring an own-goal, they update the press release stating that FDIC support is unclear. Thats gotta piss of FDIC for it is almost the fourth time Rosen starts proclaiming their position without their consent.

One could almost say Rosen is working for us to torpedoe him own work.
