Desperado, nice post, has a calming effect.

"The only way the FDIC can sign off to any POR would require all parties to sign off because any of the aggrieved parties can file criminal fraudulent transfer or civil charges in a favorable court and the so-called discovery document would be used against them."

I like the thought of a favorable court. I wonder in this day and age if it is possible to find an unbiased jury that is neutral on the big banks.
