Can a stock market work without the common share holders? I say no! That was easy.
Funny thing is when an IPO comes out , the common shares is what is available to me and these companies are eager to take my money and grow the company along with of coarse a business plan that will generate revenues/profits.
But when things get tough, the commons always get crapped on and when BK happens we are left out in the cold, just not right! Dare I say maybe there could be a something that can protect the commons, maybe a law that says when commons are are wiped out so is everyone else. If the ship goes down then everyone sinks with the ship. Well I am ranting on a Sunday and also know this will never happen as we have a seperation of classes (middle, upper ect.) that protect the elite.
Maybe when we meet the Judgement day we can explain why we treated others the way we did.
Love thy God with all your mind, body, and soul. Love thy neighbor as you love your self.
