It is over except for what now appears to be two Esq. fighting over who will get any recovered funds back. Two guys hoping they can take 40% of any monies recovered by the Feds.

If Fuzzy Math even thought there was a legit short, he would have sued a brokerage already and collected some easy money. Instead, he's gone deep into personal debt thinking he is going to recover tens of millions from Urban and Edwards and the others he is trying to suck settlement funds from.

That's the funniest part of those who still suck onto the shorty theory. Don't you think Kevin West would have been all over Jeffries if he thought he could force a settlement and pay himself from the proceeds?
