I was just watching James Carvelle on CNN who is a hard core Louisianan. He was most worked up by the oil spill as you would imagine. I am not sure of the last name. But he said the person "that everybody better listen do down there is Bob Bee" or Bob Vee or something like that. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Let's try to figure out who this is and make some connections in regard to the latest PR. Maybe he can help kick some a** and expedite the Ultimate Offshore Oil Spill Contingency Plan! And all the rest.
