That is not totally correct. There is always a section in an annual report for POST BALANCE SHEET DATE events. This is meant to disclose material events that happened after the balance sheet date 31 Dec 2009. In fact, the EVFN annual report does have this section - under NOTE 15 SUBSEQUENT EVENTS.
