"Are they paying someone for services? Maybe they paid the auditors in stock." - Not so easy. Assuming you could even find someone stupid enough to take stock instead of cash. I don't see Dwarka taking stock. Why would he? Agree, though...no new shares added to float. There is now legal way to do it.
