I spent some time yesterday running around to my area CVS and Walgreens in the Green Bay, WI area to discuss Cobroxin and this is what I found out:

First off Walgreens is only authorized to carry the Cobroxin Gel and the spray is not even in their systems. I pointed out that may want to get back to their headquarters in regards to carrying the spray, as full page magazine ads are already out and TV advertising will begin June 1st and that CVS is carrying both and one of them was completely out and the other one had 1 left and when this TV blitz hits and customers find out that CVS carries it and Walgreens doesn't, they will shop CVS and do not think Walgreens would care for that behind a major TV ad campaign, as this would allow CVS to steal customers from Walgreens very easily. I talked to the Managers at both these Walgreen locations and they seemed very interested. I was used to selling Prilosec OTC to all these pharmacies before I went on disability and it felt so good to get out and sell again!

I have no idea why XCHO did not get distribution on both and if you had to choose 1 over the other I would have chosen the spray over the gel for initial distribution.

CVS and Walgreens are only ordering 3 at a time and run out of stock frequently and when I addressed this with the asst mgr at CVS she said well if they run out they can ask for it and we can get it for them in a day or two. I explained that most customers just go somewhere else without asking and get very frustrated and do not come back and start frequencing their competitors who do have it instead. I told her this is the big reason you lose so many customers to Walmart and now when you have a product that Walmart doesn't currently carry and with this TV advertising coming out in two weeks, you would think you would want to take advntage of this situation as customers who get used to buying it at CVS will become regular CVS shoppers and not wait to see if Walmart will carry it later, unless you keep running out of stock. She said that made good sense and she will start ordering 6 at a time and monitor it closely. I used this same presentation with the other CVS and mentioned what this CVS was going to do and they too said they will bump up their inventory for this TV campaign.

If we all start doing something along these lines we can make a difference, especially in getting Walgreens to carry the spray. Just go in and ask for it and complain when they tell you they don't carry it and tell them you know CVS does and that you will just start shopping there - it will get their attention - trust me!

I also mentioned the shipper and showed them a picture that I printed and despite the fact that they can't order it until their hdqtrs get's it, they will be much more likely to order it when it is available now.

Hey, I'm bored a little and really frustrated with what is happening here - is everyone blind out there to what is happening here! This will take off very soon, as will NPHC when we anihilate those damn shorters soon! GLTYA
