I note the following......

I am quite pleased to see this amount of insider purchases (certainly better than what we saw last week). And, while I don't want to bring down excitemet on a good thing, it is worth noting that these purchases are, in my opinion, a very strong sign that settlement is NOT in the works. If this executives knew that a settlement was possible in the near term, they simply could not purchase without violating insider trading rules. That said, its nice to see that apparently they are willing to gamble their own money that we will emerge from the arbitration with a positive result.
