So instead of holding on to a tangible asset, however much it may be worth Tao just gives the Skysat back to SNSR and lets them pocket the money? If I were a disgruntled professor I'd be hanging on to the asset and selling it off to a car yard or some such to recoup some of my outstanding debt.
