Very disappointing 10Q imo; very low cash reserves, decreased revenues, a large net loss and a potential $1.2M lawsuit...damn, I'm pissed.

What even annoyed me more, is that it seems that the 510k applications are still very far from approval -- please correct me if I am wrong.

Just venting, not bashing...I'm just so frustrated with all my "FDA decision pending" stocks; NEPH and BIEL have been dragging on for over a year now...ridiculous.
