When subs pull off bottom they often stay in a overbought condition until the risk starts to out weight the reward. then a play will pull back to it's support.

i'm ignoring the rsi it's a indicator of strength we know she is going up.

i'm about the money flow MFI coming off bottom and my fav the slow sto. If you look back the mfi has been on the money...

gboe will be tricky to chart at the start of the rally imho.
