They do not need to announce the fact that they are buying back if thats what may be going on. Most Pinks do announce as a ploy
but if they are serious about it then why would they make an announcement and drive the price up.

All speculation of course but dont be under the guise that an announcement needs to be made.

Just might explain our "Quiet Time"
