I think buying back the shares would be positive to decrease the massive float at low prices. But even if they said down the road we plan to buy back 100 million shares at any time I think the price would go up. If CGI were to buy 1/4 of the company or all of the company that would shoot the price up but that's if something leaked prior. This company with top secret clearance knows how to keep their mouths shut and we will be the last ones to know so you have to play with your guts at times. Its the only way to make BIG money. The other edge with government plays is grants to new technologies from the government and with Peter Hewitt University they could be given millions of dollars for new technologies to be used by the government and for border security which is becoming a big deal in this country.
