I think the this issue of B shares are released all at once. It is the conversion back to common shares that is measured. And just because they are converted does not mean they will be sold. Probably will be sold but they may hold longer term.

Agree may not move PPS should help hold level. Hope it means the quiet period is over and we can get some functional news.
