It's good to see that the fundraising will be in a controlled and measured way. I'm not sure if the funds are received all at once or as the Preferred shares are released--have to read it again. I don't think this news will move the stock up, but it should help to keep it propped up at current levels. Tangible news regarding the Viricides is what will move the share price, and hopefully that news is forthcoming. Five million dollars doesn't mean squat in today's world, but it would seem to ensure that NNVC is able to keep going forward at this point in time.
