Well, here’s the way I remember it. I played this stock back in early 2009...made a few bucks, then Matt distributed a letter to all shareholders indicating he wanted to increase the authorized shares and use the shares to dilute in the effort to raise money for future expansion, acquisitions and to pay off debt. We (the share holders) voted and agreed with Matt's vision. The rest is history...the A/S was raised and Matt began selling shares. As a result the pps began to retreat...all the way to the 3's. So, many people simply sat on the sidelines, all summer long, watching the pps and waiting for a bottom. IMO, the 6 month retreat of the pps in 2009 had very little to do with any filings and everything to do with the fact that Matt told us he would be diluting.

So, here we are, a year later....major dilution is over, Matt has paid off enormous debt, moved into a new building, has begun to acquire positions in other stem cell related business around the World and still has Millions in the bank.

WHATS NOT TO LIKE?

Our current pps is just fluttering around awaiting some blockbuster news....when it comes, I can guarantee you that I don't want to be left on the sidelines chasing this thing. I've done that before with another stock (actsee) as it was starting a move up through the 008s...heck I couldn't modify my buy price quick enough...as soon as I did, the bid and already jumped above my latest entry....blam, blam, blam....thought I'd never get in. Finally made it.....not a fun experience. That's one of the reasons I’m sitting here in CBAI with a big ole bag full....and yes, I'm in the RED right now...but not worried. Actually, I'm as happy as a pig in (sunshine), or something like that.

We'll be fine.
