I think we'll see 'bubble' type prices within a year, not 2-3. All the major currencies are in trouble, and it's not just a regular cycle that's going to reverse itself with bailouts (printing more money). When people realize the emperor has no clothes, all things gold are going to skyrocket. GLD will be $250 by EOY, just my 'humble opinion' of course.
