OR...Others can chime in...

I am trying to understand what this really means to the company.

Are these patents so basic that ...

-Wave already has problems with some companies that are probably already using this invention?
-Will Wave have to start protecting this patent?
-Will Wave be able to license this patent to others in the industry or let others use it to keep it standard?

I am curious as to the ramifications of this to the other parties in the industry.
