Mide,it's so nice of you to come back!!! Can you please explain from a previous post,where you got the 1.6 million settlement offer from the SEC? You said it's in the Pacer documents and said you talked to Coastie......... Gee I thought the old doc filings came from Pacer,and asked Coastie to confirm. [/i........]And the reply from Coastie is this........1. MIDE never asked ME squat. My recollection is that he was telling other posters to, "ask Coastie" in an effort to back up his claim that the document existed on PACER.
.........1 Were you confused? 2 Can you produce that Document?
