It's been my experience that there are two types of stock promoters: those that are paid in shares by the company to pump it, and those that latch onto a new penny stock that is rising on its own. I believe it is the latter here, as the company doesn't seem to have any deals with promoters as far as I can tell. Do your DD and stick by it.
