My Pleasure LTD is the company that owns the control block of ACDU shares. They just filed their annual returns with the Companies House.

so if My Pleasure LTD a british company owns the the control block of ACDU Shares what does that mean I know that the company has to own 50+% to maintain control but I am not understanting that the comanies house means and is My pleasure a company who holds shares for another holding company ACDU and why should we be concerned about My Pleasure unless if they do well ACDU does well or what is the connection if any?
