IMO SEAB will be a buyer this week. If, for instance, SEAB is representing a few institutions who want to put a total of 1 mil dollars into IVIT, that would be about 1 billion shares of IVIT at these levels. I'd expect SEAB to buy between .0007 and .0020, then support the stock above .0020 to ensure a PPS rise. Remember, when SEAB gets in, they make money buy going "long" on stock, opposed to NITE who always goes "short."

For SEAB to make money, they will buy for the institutions, and for themselves. They then will trade IVIT forcing other MMs like NITE to keep covering and the PPS will go up. Same as GOIG.
