Also, SEAB showed up for the first time on Friday 5/7/10 during the afternoon after the flipping had finished, more institutons are buying. What you need to know about SEAB, they buy for an institution (easy part), then they continue to trade the security to assure the PPS rise and stability for their clients (the hard part). It takes some serious institutions buying to hire SEAB and have SEAB dedicate a MM to the security. IMO this will be multi-million dollars being put into IVIT, and then SEAB will run the security up, just like GOIG. Other MM's like NITE fear SEAB on their security in the pinks because NITE loses control.
