ricksz get the facts .walrath did us a big favor with this ruling ... you Continually to bring up that the examiner was shut down by mary.and your point is ? even if susman did change to an hourly rate he deserves it cause now he will be the examiner doing alot more work ,just like walrath said "the ec can do just as the examiner can and would do" she gave him the power ....also warned the involved parties don't try the courts patience with handing over documents to the ec,,,i feel alot safer having susman our blue collar guy instead of some paid off independent examiner doing it ....
