That's right.

If they show A > L, then 1. happens either with dilution or without dilution.

If they show A < L, then either 1. OR 2. happens. If 2. happens - there would be a very high probability that we come out intact (or they lose NOLs).

I don't see 3. happening as it would be a knock out blow to creditors.
