The 2 and 3 scenarios have no majority shareholder I see...This stock IMO has a Mr. Big or Bigs that seem to have around 40 million shares ...my best guess...If there is a Mr big he or they would be foolish not to merge out of BK...Does Mr Big wanna throw away his money?...I think not...I hope not at least.....LOL
