Your statement makes good sense. Maybe the emails should be requesting if they would consider setting an ETA publicly and take some of the guessing out of the equation.

If not, then they should PR an explanation of WHY it is taking this long, and WHAT they intend to do to fix the issue.

Those items are not too much to ask for with a delay that has gone to a month past due, and do not cater to daytraders.
