I'm curious - BP announced today that they have

sealed the major leak with a 4 story concrete container over the source of the leak. And, they will be doing the same to the smaller leak.

If the leaking stops, this diminishes the need for MOPN. Why wouldn't this go down like Michael Jackson on a cub scout?
