Well. I kept my word. I did not post here until the 28th. I hope Posters here can respect that.

Let me start by saying that I hope all are doing well in this stock.

As far as (1)QASP, (2)Form T's, (3)Targets delayed, (4)Promotional Costs, (5)Company Selling Shares, (6)CEO speaking to Shareholders and (7) The Multiplier.

(1)QASP-

At least everyone here now realizes that QASP is a non-reporting Pink Sheet Stock which has gone public to raise capital in order to provide funds to acquire Companies.

I think, eventually, this will become a real Company with real revenues as long as Dean starts talking to the Employees and Target Companies, instead of the Shareholders. Lots of "potential" potential here.

(2) Form T's-

Funny how Form T's were never an issue until I got "BANGED" around for bringing it to the Board.

Now, some people are starting to take notice of the Bulk, After Hour Trades at the Sell/Bid side. It can bring a stock price down. It is very real, like it or not. It's Proof that someone is selling bulk shares at whatever price they can "package" together during market hours, only to be seen after hours.

Is it ethical? Not really. But it works both ways. If a buyer wants bulk blocks at the ask, it will be filled in pieces during the day only to be exposed After Hours as a Buy at the Ask.

It's Real. Deal with it.

(3)Targets Delayed-

It's bad enough to tell shareholders over the phone that a PR is coming AND to tell them to hold and not sell your shares, but to put out a Press Release with at Target Date on it is a whole other animal!

NEVER PR FUTURE EVENTS WHICH HAVE NOT OCCURRED! EOP!

(4)Promotional Costs-

I understand that it takes money to make money. I understand that a Company is Public to "initially" raise money for current and future expenditures such as Acquisitions, property, etc,.

What I don't understand is how a Company can sell $14,000.00 worth of shares to the shareholders, hire an e-rag like Stock Guru to "promote" the stock, knowing that the Targets were going to be missed!

Why hire an e-rag? Why not "NOT" hire anyone and stop selling shares for such cheesy promo's? This did not (does not) look on anyone. Beside, the promo coupled with the (paid) delay PR did not compliment each other. Look at the Charts, dates, price and so on~

If Dean would have not sold the shares for this promotion, he could have had Less shares to buy back during the supposed up coming Share Buy Back Campaign. $14,000.00 at (supposed selling price, .032) close to a Half Million shares sold.

In any event, since he was Hell Bent on promoting the Company anyway, he would have been better to sell those shares and spend the money on REAL PRESS RELEASES, not some Pump e-rag. My opinion.

(5)Company Selling Shares-

No. No one can tell if the Company is actually selling shares, but refer back to Form T's and we all get a pretty good idea what's up. This is something that only takes common sense to figure.

The Company has no income. The Company spends money on Acquisitions, Press Releases and e-rag Promotionals.

Yup! The Company has to sell shares. Period~

(7) The Multiplier-

This is NOT APPLICABLE in a pink sheet stock!
I see folks trying to come up with a valuation, all kinds of math and formulas, tweaks and slide rules.

Problem is, there is no way the industry is going to use a multiplier on a no revenues, non-reporting pink sheet stock.

So until QASP goes Fully Reporting, Fully Compliant, Fully Transparent, the Multiplier would best be saved for basic math for the Kiddies. Don't waste your calculator's time, K?

Just trying to Keep It Real here Folks!

I was right on the Form T's-(in theory only?)

I was right to sell my whole position a week ago Thursday and Friday.(in my eyes)

And I think this might see the .00's before it sees a dime.

Will I be right? Only time will tell.

I encourage any Adult Response of this post as it may result in the finding of new evidence that QASP is still a Buy.

Good Luck to All of you!

:)

This is My Honest Opinion!
