QASP ~ Would it hurt anyone's feelings if the O/S got maxed out tomorrow?

What about the A/S? Would you be concerned if it got Charged to 1 Billion +?

I guess the real question is, What happens after the O/S is Maxed Out?

We will all find out either Friday or Monday when the O/S is over 750 Million+.

Remember when Dean was so convinced that the closing of the first four deals were going to make all those revenues?

He didn't even NEED money to close those deals and we were all gonna be Rich! LOL!

I wonder why (all of a sudden-like) he couldn't close those deals without the other two deals (5 & 6) -AND- he now needs an additional $350,000,000.00 Dollars to close it?

I refuse to be so gullible and naive when it comes to Dean and QASP.

There is something rotten in Dean's Den, that's for sure.

Why do I say this?

Because there would be Nothing Illegal about Press Releasing as to why the Outstanding Shares continue upward.

If they have an Inside Deal with the Acquisitions -OR- the Lenders, then they could have simply increased the SS to include Preferred Shares at a discount for the Deals to those involved.

He didn't need to Dilute the Shareholders while Deals were being made...UNLESS...

He is just selling QASP Shares.

Hmmmmm.....

At this point, you are asking yourselves, what to do, what to do?

Is QASP going to really go up?
Is this For Real? It MUST be! They have Attorneys! LOL!

I have seen the biggest Scams with Attorneys signing their name on dotted lines.

Everyone is so full of Speculation and Hope, they are missing what is Real and what is Being Made Up (speculation).

What is Real?

1. The O/S keeps going up.
2. Dean has never PR'd anything about the Share Increase.
3. Dean has never PR'd anything that is Verifiable concerning the Acquisitions.
4. There is No Proof concerning the $15 Million Dollar Loan.
5. There is No Proof as to where the $15 Million Dollars went, if it was real.
6. There is No Proof as to where the Money is going from all the Share Selling.
7. Dean missed the 15th Target...again. Come to think of it, Dean has missed EVERY Target!
8. Dean refuses to File. (too easy to do, but he just won't)
9. There is No Proof of the Share Buy Back Program. Did it happen? Nope. My Opinion.
10. Today is the 16th and No PR?

Some have even suggested that I must have known that there was going to be a PR out After Hours today. Those people were wrong.

I am saying, however, that I think there will be no $350 Million Dollar Deal.

I am saying that I think there will be a Reverse Split after the O/S is Maxed Out -OR- the A/S will increase to over 1 Billion +.
