Message for SP2 users
Service Pack 2 is a security update provided by Microsoft for all Windows XP users. It has been designed to make the PC better suited to handle sophisticated attacks from viruses. SP2 contains a new firewall that helps determine whether a computer is updated and protected against attacks.

Several components of the TVTonic service you are attempting to use are not compatible with updates made available through SP2. However, the TVTonic application is currently being updated so that the security enhancements made available with SP2 can be applied to the service you are interested in using.
