Go to www.sec.gov Read yesterday's after market filing.

They're AS is not high enough to meet the obligations they have on their books. This is illegal BTW. Plus, they're looking to take out a $12mm loan through share issuance.

What do you think 24mm newly issued shares will look like hitting the float?

I've been a big supporter of this company, but right now it isn't looking so good.
