No, not the o/s - the a/s. See their SEC filing from yesterday.

IMSC is poised to become a much larger company. 50 million authorized doesn't give them enough shares to do a secondary offering at (say) $2.00 or $3.00 in a few months to raise needed funds, or to issue common to their existing preferred holders upon conversion.
