AT&T might have extended exclusive deal with Apple for iPhone. I think there is a typo in the article (it should have said 1st quarter 2011 instead of 2010)

By cutting wireless prices for Apple's new iPad, AT&T is believed to have secured a six-month extension of its exclusive iPhone contract, an analyst said Thursday.
Dallas-based AT&T has never said when its exclusive contract with Apple is due to expire. But Brian Marshall, senior analyst at Broadpoint AmTech, said he believes the deal was supposed to end June 10, three years after AT&T began offering iPhone service.
AT&T likely extended the deal by discounting prices for iPad wireless service, Marshall said. AT&T is offering two service options for the iPad, one of $15 a month for 250 megabytes, the other unlimited data use for $30 monthly.
All of which means AT&T's primary wireless rival, Verizon Wireless, likely won't be able to offer iPhone service until the first quarter of 2010, Marshall said.
An AT&T spokeswoman declined to comment. Officials of Apple weren't immediately available for comment Thursday afternoon.
